China Foreign Exchange Trade System (CFETS) published that CFETS RMB Index on 28 February 2025 closed at 99.90, losing 0.79% from the end of last month.

In order to facilitate the market to observe the change of RMB effective exchange rate from different perspectives, CFETS also published RMB indices based on BIS currency basket and SDR currency basket respectively. On 28 February 2025, the above two indices closed at 106.20 and 94.34 respectively, losing 0.55% and 0.42% from the end of last month respectively.
